Letters

Held for up to 30 days each, with arrival notification. Letters remain sealed. Scanning and forwarding are not included.

Parcels

Seven calendar days of holding per accepted parcel. Confirm dimensions before arranging a delivery.

Collection visits

Combine your mail and parcels into a weekly visit. Use your reference and identification, or authorise a named collector.

One plan / One business

Set it up once. Keep it simple.

Your receiving instructions

We activate one business name and its approved recipients, then provide the exact address format. Wait for that confirmation before publishing the address or redirecting mail.

Month-to-month service

C$149 per month, with no setup fee. Cancel before the next billing period. We agree how remaining items will be collected when the service ends.

Predictable additions

C$15 for an extra accepted parcel, C$1 for an extra letter and C$10 for an extra visit. A parcel extension is C$5 per day when space is available.
