Choose a plan and tell us the item size and contents. We confirm capacity, the named recipient and your receiving instructions before you send anything.

WHEN IT ARRIVES

Leave the waiting to us

Our team receives your accepted delivery during staffed hours and notifies you. Parcel Hold and Business Address include seven calendar days per parcel.

WHEN YOU ARE READY

Collect with your reference

Bring your confirmation and photo identification. Name another collector in advance if needed. Collections take place with staff during shop hours.

A clear fit before you commit

Know what your plan covers.

Size and space

Share length, width, height and weight before delivery. We match the actual compartment to your item. Oversized items or more stock than your allocated space need separate acceptance.

Extra handling

On monthly plans: C$15 per extra accepted parcel, C$1 per extra letter and C$10 per extra collection visit. Extra parcels include seven days of holding. Additions are agreed before handling.

A little longer

For Parcel Hold or Business Address, an agreed extension is C$5 per parcel per day, subject to space. Private Locker items may remain for the paid month within that compartment’s capacity.

Suitable contents

Ordinary business mail, goods and powered-off devices are considered. No cash, perishables, dangerous goods, damaged batteries or items requiring controlled storage. Declared value and the full receiving terms are agreed before acceptance.

Forwarding, postage, scanning, repairs and van collection are separate services. Sunday and out-of-hours access are not included. Read the receiving details.
